A sexual abuse case of child came to VOC office from one school through phone call. The school informed VOC about the abuse of a 12 year girl and requested for support. Immediately PACSA member of VOC went to meet the child to know about the condition of a girl and further discussion for her rescue. VOC in coordination with CWIN, CWISH and police women cell rescued the girl and case filed to Satdobato Police Station. The girl has been sexually abused by her care taker who by relation is brother in law of her father. As VOC doesn’t have shelter home for girl child, the girl is referred to CWIN for her support & protection.
